Troy was awesome! When I got my car back there was something black on my seat from the vacuum that was used. Troy took my car back immediately to have it cleaned.

I met Troy on Friday morning and he was very kind and helpful, he took off the wheel locks of my car which were causing me a lot of trouble because I didn't have the key to unlock them and it was keeping from being able to change a punctured tire. We were talking about how worn my front tires were, especially the one that was punctured, and that I should get new tires ASAP. He told me that the back tires could wait a while cause they were good for another couple of thousand miles, and scheduled an appointment for Saturday to get new front tires. That day, I dropped my car and they said it was going to take a while, that it was going to be done between 4pm and 5pm. I called around 4:15pm to the center to get updates and they said the car was going to be be done at 6pm, making me adjust my plans and causing me to trouble with another important appointment I had. When I picked up the car, they had changed the 4 tires instead of the 2 front ones as I had agreed with Troy. Ones again KIA is leaving me very disappointed and totally unsatisfied. I can't afford paying for the 4 tires, and that's not the service I requested.

Took 3 calls (1 week) to talk to someone about my car. Twice I called and was promised a call back and it never happened. I was ready to spend over a thousand dollars and I felt like my business was not wanted. I nearly cancelled my appointment. This also happened when my car was at your shop last year kind of frustrating the poor internal communication. The guys who service my car that I do talk to are amazing.

Dirty hand prints on drivers sun visor. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was so upset with the delay and cavalier attitude when I paid the bill. I have not brought this to Troys attention. Let’s see what you do with fixing the hand print.
Having my car for the 4 days is not good service. If you don’t have the part I should have been offered a courtesy car, or at the very least offered some monetary compensation.
