You could have checked to make sure you could get my radiator delivered the day of my appointment when I called to make the appointment. When I called to make the appointment I was told it would only take half a day to replace my radiator. I dropped off my Jeep and didn't get it back for 2 days. I don't believe any of that is Jeff's fault though. Just poor management. Also I asked to have my jeep washed, which was one of the free courtesies promised to me when I bought the vehicle. This is the second time I have taken my vehicle there for a service and requested a car wash, but didn't get one. Again I blame the management for that.

My car was brought in for a recall. The tec broke an O2 sensor by mistake. It took a week to fix. Tela the rep I spoke to, was incredibly rude as told me it wasn’t her problem to fix and I should wait for my rep. Horrible customer service.
