The air filter was not changed out as requested and the vehicle was not washed. If these simple items were missed then what else was not completed that I was told would be. Will be taking the truck to another shop to have the supposedly completed paid for repairs checked, of course again at my cost and time, and to have the work finished that your shop said was already completed. One VERY unsatisfied, irritated customer

Matthew was awesome. However 4 check engine lights in 13k miles and not even an apology for selling pieces of crap dodge journeys really ****. Yeah, sure, this is a company car, but they don’t give it to me so I can keep Bringing it in for awesome service because I believe in nice. I’d rather never see you. I’d rather my car actually worked and I didnt need to keep being given “convenient” rides to my house. There is NOTHING convenient about another meaningless check engine light. Matthew? Awesome. Dodge? A poor excuse for an auto manufacturer. **** Hannah anything? Nice isn’t enough.

Alyssa was awesome!!! She let me know that she would be gone for a few days. When she was gone, I called on Tuesday around noon and never got a call back about my Jeep. I wound up calling on Black Friday when we were done shopping in the afternoon and Alyssa was there. She called me back to let me know my Jeep was done. I'm just glad that I had a larger rental as it was better for shopping. So it worked out in the long run, but still. I'm just glad that I have my Jeep back and all is working better.

I was promised a free loaner while the vehicle would be worked on and when I got there I was told that all the loaners were out. I had to reschedule my appointments for the rest of the day. Had to meet someone in the lounge due to the inconvenience. According to the Jeep wave program I was told that I am guaranteed a loaner vehicle.

Had the vehicle for several issues (all under warranty) they only fixed one of them which was the smoking fan. They did not even change the oil or rotate the tires which they were also supposed to do. When I spoke with the mechanic desk he basically insinuated that the oil was changed. As if I don’t know how to check the engine oil or read an alert that pops up on th dash. This was kind of offensive to me. Further more when driving up a hill the day I picked up my jeep I smelled another smoke odor the same as last time for bringing the jeep in originally. To make the service better they should offer me a loaner ASAP (today) and fix everything they skipped. Thanks

Kelsey was fine, but the rest of my experience was not. Service did not change my oil properly, leading to headaches from oil fumes, 2 visits to the dealer, missed work, and having to cancel commitments. I was extremely frustrated with the whole process. I’ve requested a refund on the oil change, which seems like the least **** Hannah Jeep can do. I will follow up if I dont get a response.

I received error messages after I started my car up the first time after I left the service center. Now I have to find a way to get my car back down there. I believe if they would have done the complete job this would not be happening. My service rep was awesome, just issues with the techs.
