I have requested the appointment for recall issue a week before. The person who scheduled the recall told me that they need a week to order the part. When I arrived for the appointment. Nobody told me that the part did not arrive. When I arrived the shuttle refused to take me to Battle Ground. I was foraced to rent car. In the evening Ms Grinde calked me and told me that the part would arrive first thing in the morning and will be installed right away. When i came in the morning I Ms Grinde told me that the part did not arrive. I was charged by enterprise another day fee for the extra day. This is a rip off!!!

I am so completely disappointed and frustrated with the service we received at **** Hannah. We bought a 2014 Toyota Camery Hybrid back in February. The check engine light came on last week, I called the service department to see where we needed to take the car, since it was a Toyota that we bought at a Chrysler dealership. I was told someone would get back to me within 20-30 min. with an answer, I never received a call back. So I call back again a couple of hours later and I was told to bring the car into the **** Hannah service department. And would need to wait 4 days for the earliest apt. After we dropped the car off the service department could and did nothing. We were informed that we had to take it to a Toyota dealership and that our service contract was transferable to any place. Now we have to wait another 6 days to get our car looked at. We are so unhappy with the service we received we will not recommend **** Hannah to anyone in the future.

She was great my concern is with the guys that worked on my car. The pressure light on my front tire shows low. I figured this would be checked since I was told I need new tires. Also I got my service paperwork along with another customers.
