Shouldn’t take $165 and an entire working day to diagnose my car issues. If I have an appointment (which I did) then it needs to happen at or around that time... or idk within 2, 3, or 4 hours.. VERY LITTLE work to be done as I declined service. Only reason we didn’t do it at my work is because I had hoped it was covered under warranty and I had to order a new scanner. Furthermore, prices are ridiculous. I’m already $165 in for y’all to hold my car basically hostage, then you want to throw some ridiculous prices at me which are GREATLY inflated. Picking up the car the guy wants to tell me that the dealership cost for spark plugs is $14 each and you guys only make $2 per plug. If that’s the case, you’re getting ripped off. Cost at my work for denso plugs is only $8.55 (which I bought today). Cheaper alternatives $5 something. I’m just disappointed in the time it took and the fact that dealerships (yours in particular) try to take advantage of people based on the assumption they don’t know how much something should really cost. The time before last I was still within my warranty and still was charged to correct a problem— then was told it would take all day and into the next so was offered a rental. Car was done in 2 hours. No time management there. Definitely will advise my husband against purchasing another vehicle from here. Wasted $165 which was “protecting the mechanics time”, what about my time!?

The service provided, fuel injector cleaning did not correct the problem of tappits when the car first starts. No explanations were provided. I asked if the service fixed the problem and was told that it did by the person who took our payment.

Service was actually provided by a gentleman named Justin (i might be wrong). He was quick and efficient, answered my questions promptly.

You provided excellent and great service. Very accommodating and I didn’t feel pressured. Excellent customer service and everyone was very nice. Thank you Hanna for everything!

Hannah was very responsive and made a point of keeping me updated, including when it became clear that I would need to wait a day for the tire to be replaced. She made sure I had what I needed, including transportation to and from **** Hannah while my car was in the shop.

Such amazing customer service. I expected it to be a headache but Mariah keep in constant contact with me and explained everything. She even contacted the right people to ensure the replacement was fully covered. Great service but the car was returned with headlight washer fluid all over the front end. I was given a free car wash coupon which was thoughtful but I don’t go through automatic car washes because it’s bad for the paint. A car should be returned prom a service looking the same as when it was dropped off or better, not worse.

Hannah was absolutely fantastic. I showed up a week early for my service appointment because I don’t know how to read my own calendar and not only did she work me in, but her and the team finished 45 minutes earlier than originally anticipated. I appreciate the communication provided during the service on some additional things that needed attention as well and opted to have them done while I waited.

Mariah **** was awesome to work with. She was very pleasant to work with. She was every bit curteous in manner, and listened respectfuly. She genuinely and thoughtfully cared and accomodated and met my needs completely. I think she's a keeper. I was pleasedwith and am thankful for her. Top notch service! R.
