Seems like over 2 hours is too long for an oil change and tire rotation and you offer a free car wash, but the wash is almost not worth it. These and higher end cars and deserve a good wash not spotty. I left there and went to Washmsn I was so embarrassed

The new waiting area is very nice. It was a bit chilly in there so I would recommend adding a couple more heaters. I totally dig the battery charging stations. The charging cords need to be updated. I have the Galaxy S8 and it uses a type "C" adapter. There was not one of those. The coffee machine was very nice. It was good to see a children's area that was enclosed.

I showed up Friday 7:30 am about my 2017 tlx dying while in park during idling. Happens 2-3 times a night. It died once while waiting for your shop doors to open. Jerry is/was great. I discussed the issue occurs after warm up. Their tech was not able to recreate the shut down although did note it shuttering once during idling. We discussed it needed to be ran more as it happened to my wife after her 20 minute commute. We decided to leave my car and I was given a loaner since I live in sublimity. Jerry advised they would drive it more tonight or tomorrow and try to recreate for their sensors. At 5 pm I called to learn it had not been looked at and they would in the morning and give me a call in the morning. By noon the Saturday I called and learned the tech was going to call back east to see if Acura has had this problem before. They planned on sending my tlx home with a tech who lived further away to recreate it in the evening. I discussed I preferred not to have my car go to someone's house. They later called and Acura never heard of this problem. I discussed my hope something could have been done timing, adjustment or at least driven more on Friday or Saturday. I picked up my car since they had not been able to identify my issue and avoid having it taken to someone's house. At 7:30 pm my vehicle shut down during idling. I will need to take it to another service who can make my car a priority.
