I appreciate all the hard work she did on my behave. I purchased this vehicle about a year ago and have been in the service department way to much. Having to continue bringing back my car is not a good look for my co workers to hear taking the car back to the dealership again. Very bad look for Acura. Please let me stress that Brandy did a wonderful customer service job today. Still a little bitter about what went down in the past and still not sure if it's fixed. It got to the point I just gave up. Exhausted with the whole process in the past. Sorry if I jumped around but there was/is so much to say.
