The calibration portion was fine. As for the other 3 issues, I didn’t feel that the root of the problems were being addressed and that I was being patronized with less-than-plausible explanations and potential remedies to mask rather than correct the problems. I can provide more detail if desired.

I dont know who vlad is. I didnt deal with him. Car was dirty when I got it delivered, came with new dents on the roof after they replaced the sunroof motor, and the valet key went missing before delivery. It was there when we test drive the car. Sent an email with no response.
