I scheduled online for minder b service. I did not authorize or request the long lifetime gdi service for $169.49. No one called prior to the service being done to discuss or authorize this service. All I got was a text that said my vehicle is ready for pickup. I would not have authorized this service. I would like a $169.49 refund.

Your servicing of my vehicle and the sophisticated organization of your systems are noteworthy BUT the receipt of five + texts or emails , some duplicative, is overkill and quite annoying. They may help you with your work and scheduling but they are terribly annoying, at least to me. Oh, and I’m not counting the one I got asking if I had questions while I was sitting in your waiting room nor am I counting this exchange or the one you tell me will be coming shortly. In the future, assuming I continue with you, I intend to ignore every single one!

I was not told where to go when I made my appointment with Honda for the recalled items so there was some confusion over that. Because I didn’t know where to go I went into the Honda building, were I stood around for a good 5 or 10 minutes, one of your staff came out of a office and totally ignore me, then went back into the office. Then I walk over to the back of the garage, that’s when one of you mechanic came out with another man (believe it was a tool vendor, he had a delivery truck full of tools), they both walk past me without asking if I needed assistance. At this time I stood in front of the garage where many staff members saw me, however none asked if I needed help. I finally walked over to the tool vendor truck and ask your mechanic where to go.
Thankful, when I made it to the proper entrance and you service center I was ment by a staff with a smile on he face. I didn’t get his name, but he was polite and told me that Chuck would be handling my car care needs and would check me in in a minute.
Once I meant a smiling Chuck, who was super amazing and took great care of me and my vehicle. His customer service skills out shine all the others I’d come in contact with that day. He was quick to get me on a shuttle so I could come home. I was grateful for that!
Also, like the shuttle driver was nice too. Real talkative and had a opinion on a lot things, but that made the time pass by quickly.
Thank you **** Hannah for fixing my car and making it safe for my kid and me!

When I first went to pick up my vehicle. It was not finished. The worked I asked to be completed in my vehicle where not done. Which is very frustrating and a waste of time. The service representative that I had was rude and had a smart mouth which I did not appreciate.

The women that was helping said they could take my car but they would have to drive it to next door and they would be the middle guy, I said that would be ok. Then Austen that work in the service area. Talk to Dan and told him That he was told to tell me to drive my car next door and they would not take my car it’s not worth there time to be the middle man. He said this in front me my wife and few other customers that where still out front. By this time I had side the paper work and then turned away. How he was using a belittling Words and time to blur him down is disgusting to see and hear coming from someone that is in charge. I can’t believe you would allow some to talk to anyone in that manner it is just sinking I have all was gone to the Honda side of **** Hannah for there be live in nice attitude. But clear that is no longer true.
I am sorry I have to right this e-mail, this is the first time in my life that I had right something even like this. I normally have nice things about you’re employees and how awesome they are. I know you guys have you’re rules but to tell me it’s not worth you’re time and to drive it next door and to be turned away. And he couldn’t even tell it to my face.
