I was greeted with a welcoming smile and prompt service while dropping off my vehicle and picking the vehicle up.
Post service, my vehicle performed wonderfully in the short distance that it was driven, which was approximately 10 miles. My Optima had power again and was nice and shiny after the commentary car wash,

The service team was rude to me. Over about three conversations in person and over the phone I felt like I was being accused of disabling my own vehicle. When it was found to be a part malfunction on the first day I was told a rental would be available the next day, I was grateful as I am a hospice nurse and use my vehicle to visit patients. The next morning when I called I was placed on a 22minute hold so I hung up and called back, when they answered and I inquired about the rental I was told the paperwork had not been submitted to the warranty company yet. I advised I really needed a rental for work as I had already missed one day of work. I was then passed to a manager who after I explained my need for the rental and my irritation that no resolution has been found yet, rudely asked me if I thought he should pay for it out of his own pocket. I was so upset by his tone of voice and hostility I handed the phone to my husband. They were able to come to an agreement and we were able to go and pick a rental up. I was not able to pick up my car until Friday. When I went to pick up my car somebody had already filled out and highlighted a survey paper and handed it to me. Kia is usually so friendly and professional this was not a good experience.

I was charged 169 dollars for a loose wire on my amp in which they didn’t even repair the wire so I was basically charged all that money just for them to tell me my power wire was touching my remote wire and that’s why the car was not turning off I thought maybe the service center would have been sympathetic to my situation Because of hard times everyone is going thru but of course I was charged and had to get a loan from sunbit for not even 30 mins of work .... I’m kind of regretting going to the shop I should have chances it and fixed it myself

He made sure to give rides through Lyft the day I dropped off car. He always did all paperwork and covered a rental car while my car was in shop . My experience was great with Kia .
