Yes, I was completely satisfied with my visit. As soon as I walked into the dealership Andy remembered me from my last appointment and even asked about my family. It made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but part of the Kia family. People like Andy makes me want to come back to Kia with all my Soul needs, and he even liked how I decorated my Soul which is a huge plus in my book.
