This service department is horrible. I understand that it is understaffed but that should not effect me as a customer. No one was willing to help me. Andy gave my wife attitude. The service writer next to him lied and never called me back. I had to visit the dealer because no one would answer the phone. It **** that there is no other kia service department in the high desert. I actually think that this won't make any difference. I even called KIA corporate and they gave the same old fake apology.
