Im upset that 168 miles were put onto my car and 4 days to tell me nothing was wrong then when i went to pickup my car they didn't know where the keys were for about 30 mins once they gave me the key my house key's that i had on it were missing and i ended up finding them in the center counsel.

They told me my car would only be there for 1 day and it ended up being 3 days and no one called to update me on my car I had to call to see where my car was. Then they told me I had to pay for a rental and I said no because you guys should be paying for it when you are the ones who messed up my car and you guys can’t even fix your own mistakes. Then they order the wrong part to my car and don’t even tell me until the 3rd day when I CALLED to ask where my car was. I have to keep going back & forth because you guys don’t know how to do your job making me waste my gas. Yet they can’t even fill up my tank when I have to keep going back & forth because of their mistakes. NEVER recommending anyone here.
