I had no issues with David, in my mind he took care of everything that he could. My only issues were with the work performed on my vehicle. First issue was with the oil and coolant that was left all over the engine that leaked all over the engine and my drive way (I have pictures). When I brought back the vehicle the engine light came back on. My vehicle was at the shop for another week waiting on parts, when I picked up my van I was told that they cleaned my engine from the first repair, when I checked under the hood there was still oil all over the transmission and other parts, I keep my vehicle very clean and can notice when something is out of place or dirty, I worked as a general technician and mechanic for 5 years so I keep my vehicles very clean.I also noticed that my coolant reservoir was empty so I checked my radiator and found it to be very low, I could tell it was low because I couldn't see any fluid after popping the cap. David was standing next to me at the time so I pointed this out to him and he personally drove the van to the back so they could clean the engine again and add coolant to the radiator. When the tech brought back the van they had left grease markes on the inside of the door, David saw this and was able to clean the markes up himself. Again I had no issues with David he did a great job, if I had to bring back my van I wouldn't mind his help again. I just know if I drove the vehicle low on coolant I could have bigger problems.

The service advisor did a good job, however, when we arrived home we decided to check the oil. The oil was full, but it was dirty looking, as though they change the oil but did not replace the oil filter. so we are not satisfied with the experience we had yesterday September 1st 2018.

i had an appt at 1pm on 9-1 with svc advisor david-as i approached his desk his co-worker explained that he would be right back-upon his return he greeted me and did not know why i was there. After explaining my appt he said he was with another guest and that i shud wait for him in the lobby. 30 mins went by and he never came to retrieve me to get my appt going. So i went back to his desk and he asked me what i needed. Apparently, he forgot that i was waiting for him. I was a little agitated and told him. He looked at me with a blank stare and said hes not perfect and doesnt remember all of his customers. Yet when he scheduled my service appt 2 days earlier in person and i told him my name with a handshake he wrote down my appt info on his business card and gave it to me without hesitation. He even called me the day before my appt and asked me to come in at 1pm instead of 3pm. Its frustrating to me as a customer when a service advisor is leading the way to make the customer happy in terms of forecasting repairs needed, but then fails to remember the customers time is important too and that follow up is so important bc it leaves a lasting impression for future visits. He does "play" alot with the females around him. I do not want to be called about this incident. If a manager ends up reading this feedcback, i think a coaching might be the way to go. David needs to remember that he has a business to help run and that he has to follow thru 100% with all customers no matter what. He is a good guy and appreciate his effort, but he needs to be more aware and remember his customers.

Waited 15 minutes on hold, over an hour to get picked up, there is another scratch from you guys on my car on the bumper the two only scratches on my car came from Kia service, after delivery I had to ask and wait again to have the service reminder reset in the car and to have the old reminder sticker removed and replaced with a new one.

To save money, I do easy diy projects like changeing the air filters on my forte & my other vehicles. I own 4 vehicles & a motorcycle so naturally I mistakenly told Stacey I’ve replaced both air filters on my forte already. I’m sitting in the waiting room, waiting for an oil change this morning on my forte when she walks up to me & embarrasses me in front of other Kia customers waiting on their cars for service by showing me my filters need changing, like an angry mother scolding her child for catching them in a lie which made me feel as if she was trying to shame me into spending more money I didn’t bring with me.
