The service I received all in all was great, the only problem I have is it took a little too long for them to figure out if it was covered under warranty or not. It took five days of not having my vehicle before they even told me if it was covered or not. To me that seems like an awful long time and caused a lot of problems with me not having my car ( or even a rental yet ) once that was all figured out it was fine but it just took a little too long in my opinion for them to have to figure that out
