When I got into my car after picking the car up I found an answered survey that I didn’t respond to, it was full of lies and I’m just wondering if the person who helped me did that. It said that the service was done in less than one hour which was a lie, I waited for more than 2 hours.
It also said that I waited less than 5 minutes to check out and that was also a lie, it took them more than 15 minutes because the system was slow. Anyway, what I didn’t like was the fact that the guy who helped me and checked me in, lied about it and he answered the survey for me. I’m going to complain to the manager.
