Very unreliable as I was stranded in a city I knew nothing about and nobody could assist me and left me stranded no vehicle. Kia in Alhambra diagnosed my vehicle within the hour of arrival and they were very busy to!!!

We were having a rough day yesterday, we had a bunch of stuff to do. Gas was the first, that done, we got cash, next was breakfast, that’s when I noticed the trunk was open. If I don’t eat regularly I kind of get stressed.
We headed for the Kia Motors. It was already hot and Brenda got us in and got service set up and a ride home.
Today, they called to say my car was ready, sent a car. When we got there it was done, we paid and drove off. It was so smooth and it was taken care of. Brenda was so nice and took great care of us.

I had a 830 am appointment, I got off work at 3:05 pm to go check on my car and it wasn’t ready. It shouldn’t take 7 hours to complete a oil change, tire rotation, and a alignment. Every time I make an appointment to get my car done it take way to long to have it done. What is the point of a appointment if it really doesn’t matter. Andy was fine and did his job well. It’s the mechanics that need to be held accountable
