I had a scheduled appointment and went in to get parts replaced so when I get there I waited several hours for them to tell me the parts did not match the color of my vehicle which they had already put on and will need to bring my vehicle back and pick up a rentaso they can take my car to get the parts re painted which is a big inconvenince since I drove from Barstow as it is they should have just waited till they got the proper part instead of taking my old ones off to put ones that weren't the correct color. They also checked a repoted area on my turbo that had a greasy build up I was concerned about since my car is only a year old. The service guy pulled on it said no its not lose but I stated it was a residue oil build up how went to grab a light said no its just dirt and build up ovwe the year. I'm still concerned because it was thick greasy build up and would think I shouldnt have issues like these. I originally purchased a stinger that was a total lemon and then switched out for another, it seems the last couple of situations with Kia have been bad for me and disappointing.
