Victoria was an exemplary example of Sutton Ford’s values for their customers. I was very skeptical about my tire purchase. I even canceled one appointment that I had because I still was not convinced that my tires were bad after I looked at them and saw the tread on them. Victoria saw my reluctance took me outside and showed me with a tire meter the baldness of my tires. She then said she wanted to be sure that I felt that I was being serviced and not being taken advantage of. I told her that I never felt that I was being taken advantage of because I had been such a long-term customer, but she has made me feel much more secure about the service. I have always received from Sutton. Vittoria deserves an employee reward because of her mannerisms and professionalism. Her concern for my issues went beyond just selling me tires I certainly appreciate her and certain Sutton Ford should too.
