It’s refreshing to see a young woman working in a predominantly male profession. Jillian’s knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous to me. I really appreciate the fact she takes the time to ensure that I understand what’s going on with my vehicle and what to expect upon completion. I’m grateful that Jillian is part of the Sutton team. She’s the reason I keep returning for the repairs as well as maintenance for my vehicle.

The technician damaged my car when he was rotating my tires, and tried to say that the front driver side lugnut and stud was damaged. I didn’t come into Sutton with damage to my tires. I had a smooth ride going and coming.
