One month I schedule my appointment for cleaning of my car. Was told to return Aug 4 at 9:00 but had to wait 45 minutes to have Auto Butler applied so total wait time 3:45 minutes. I had other things to do so I told her that I would return. Why couldn't they loan me a car if it takes that long. I brought my car in once before and the passenger back seat had dirt all over it so I ask if they could please show that area some attention and they said sure . When I picked it up and drove away it was still dirty' I want to trust SUTTON LINCOLN but it's hard .
