I came in to have the Auto Butler done. Once again it was a half **** job. The 3rd row wasn’t done. There was over spray on the seats from them doing the 2nd row. There was also over spray on the radio and streak marks on the doors. The outside was washed but still had bird poop on the door. Last time I had them redo it but I did not have time to wait around for them to redo it this time. Not sure why y’all can’t do it correctly.

Recently had my Taurus serviced here. Brought it in for an Auto buttler treatment and to replace a few lightbulbs. I had previously purchased the bulbs that I wanted replaced and labeled them accordingly. Dropped the car off and was told it would be able to be picked up later that day. After leaving, I received a call letting me know it would be ready to pick up the next day due to the wiring for the bulbs. Once I picked it up, I noticed little spots where they had overplayed on the interior cleaner and never wiped it up. Very hit or miss on the Auto buttler treatment. After getting home, I went to toss out the box from the bulbs I'd had replaced. Almost half the bulbs hadn't been replaced! Never once was I informed that any of the bulbs couldn't be installed for any reason. I'll be looking elsewhere for servicing my Taurus in the future.
