Excellent customer service from Gloria Seller. She was courtesy and efficient. However, between answering the phone and waiting on customers at the window, the cashier felt overwhelmed. The overall Sutton Ford experience was good.

Every time I bring my car into Sutton Ford, the technician always tells me a lie, I recently had my car serviced somewhere else and if my axle would have been leaking oil as Sutton’s technician stated they would have informed me.
I only brought my car in because I had a coupon for “the works”. I will not be bringing my car there again, coupon or not !!! Sutton Ford employees are liars and crooks. HONESTLY IS THE BEST POLICY !!
