On Tue. 9/7/2021, I went in for "The Works" Oil Change. I was to purchase tires. Within 10 miles of leaving, I had 2 flat tires (front driver and rear passenger), no sticker to remind me of the next oil change, and slow acceleration of my vehicle. I don't know if they even fulfilled all components of their advertised package.
