Eric was was not very pleasant. He seemed irritated with me from the beginning. I got an appointment for the 18th I called back and talked to the receptionist for something else she said we have a Cancellation you can have the appointment if u want it I said yes I think I got it there for bathe 8th. I couldn’t bring it on Monday she bring it on Saturday and it will be looked at first thing Monday morning. Monday Eric calls me at 7:15 Monday morning asking me why is this car here and I had an appointment on the 18th. I explained to him about the receptionist said it was a cancellation so I took it. I told her I have a text he said I’m sure u do. I didn’t say anything. I asked him for a courtesy care he said he’d have to look at it first but we already had this conversation when I made this appointment. Usually when somebody works on your car the yo call you and let you know what’s wrong didn’t hear a word from him I called him Thursday he said it will be this weekend. I asked will you call me. He said yes and he did. I get the car on Saturday it’s a tire thrown in my trunk on top of my stuff. What was that for. It didn’t have a flat when I took it to Gerber Collision. I got it towed next door to Sutton. So why is it that they changed the tire and why didn’t they put the tire where it belonged instead of throwing it in the trunk on top of all of my stuff. He left no kind of explanation. When I called last Saturday I asked him about my car he said Eric was waiting on parts. Couldn’t he have called and told me this. When I asked him about a courtesy car he said he I have to look at it first so when he did why he didn’t call. My car didn’t even have 60.000 miles on it. I told him it was under warranty I don’t know that and I understand that it has to be checked out but what was the reason for the smart answer. I’ve never been treated like this. He said I had to pay 198.00 just for him to look at it. I said it’s under warranty he said I don’t know that. So my experience with Ford was not good. I don’t know that I’ll ever get a Ford again.
