He was so polite & funny I took my happy experience through out my day

I told them not to rotate my tires because brand new tires had just been installed on the rear but they rotated them anyway and I didn't receive a report about my battery or brakes which I'm used to receiving with the works package at other Ford dealers. They also wanted to charge an additional $80-95 to replace 1 turn signal bulb.
