Had an issue today with my car that I just pickup yesterday. Called when it happened at 4:45 pm and someone put me on hold and never came back. Call back multiple with no answer and then someone told service closes at 4:30 pm. They replace the engine and now the car has very little power

The team member called me and told me that my car required a synthetic oil which was higher priced than I typically get. I was busy at the time of the call but thought about it later. My car had not required this type of oil in the 8 years that you’ve been servicing my car but it required it this time. I feel that I was upsold on my oil change because I refused the other offered services. I’m not happy about this and would like an adjustment in the charges.
