Maggie was very nice and worked hard to get all the discount I could get for my service. She got me a ride home. When the service was done she said she would get me a pick up to come and get my car. Never heard from him called later and the service desk was closed. Had to call main office to find that my name was not on the pickup and the drivers were gone. Had to call my granddaughter to pick me up so I could pick up my car. I have been a customer of Sutton Ford for years. Have bought many cars there. First time I have been angry with the dealer.
