Melissa was great! I had a really hard time getting my truck fixed properly at another Ford dealership before bringing it to Sutton. Melissa helped me from the very beginning and was extremely accommodating in helping me get a rental car and being very clear with expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process was seamless. I had to drive an hour to get my truck serviced and will forever bring my vehicles back because of my great experience. In addition to how helpful Melissa was, the technician who worked on my truck stopped me on the way out of the parking lot to check on how it was driving and to explain everything that he did with my truck. I’m really impressed with everyone in the service department and have already been telling many people that they need to take their cars to Sutton especially if they are getting the run around at other dealerships.
