The service was good, however, the furniture in the Quick Service Waiting Area needs to be replaced!!! It shows a lack of concern for the customers. The chairs are so torn and ragged I will not sit in them.

The worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. The service advisor did not help at all and was often rude. Had to pick up our vehicle after three weeks of nothing getting done due to you guys not working with the warranty company. Ended up bringing the vehicle to another ford dealership for repairs. You also wanted to charge us $1600 on top of the warranty. We will not ever use this dealership again.
