What is the point of bringing truck to the dealership when you don’t even throughly inspect it and if I always get serviced by dealership how does a break caliber freeze if I never been recommended to replace breaks or anything else I feel like foul play was involved and won’t ever spend another dollar with price cutting Nate Sutton dealership again

I wanted to know why the rear differential keep leakkng.brought truck in on 3 occasions for this issue...asked service advisor Paul why does it keep leaking he didn't provide definitive answer.he gave me a couple of maybe it's because of thus or that.i feel he could've asked the mechanic and gave me a thorough explanation about the issue I'm having..not satisfied at all!
