Victoria gave me an estimated time for a 4 wheel alignment approximately 1 hr I waited 2 and decided to go to the back and ask was everything alright she checked the computer and then went into the garage she then told me the guy was waiting for a bay to do my car she said they were starting then I still had to wait 1 hr and 40 minutes which didn't make me too happy she did apologize and applied a coupon which $40 off that really made up for it
