Victoria was so nice and helpful! When I dropped off my vehicle, she made sure to actively listen to what I was needing done. She assured me that my Ford Pass points and coupons would be applicable. Once inspected, she called me and was very detailed and well spoken when explaining what they wanted and needed to replace. After only 2-3 hours, my car was done and ready to be picked up.
