The service provided by the dealership was awesome. My problem was with the towing service selected by the Roadside Assistance team that was initially supposed to pick up the vehicle. They didn't show up, I was late to work and I was without a car for an extra day.

I took my car in for steering wheel issues because it made noises and the company had stated that I needed to replace a part for it. After my car was given back to me, it still had issues and was slightly clocked over to the right side and misaligned. After three weeks, I made another trip there and requested them to fix my steering wheel for the continuous noise and also to get the alignment fixed. They ended up fixing it but had charged me $55 despite my car being fully guaranteed from the front bumper to the back. When I received my car back, there was oily fingerprints all over the interior of the car, so I called and complained.

I dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am. This was the second time the vehicle had been brought in to fix a warrant item. Last time I was told parts needed to be ordered. Today I was told the vehicle would be ready at 1:30pm. When I returned at 3 pm, Kyle went to speak with the service tech and I was told he could have an answer of weather or not he could fix it by 5pm. So the car had sat for 5.5 hours with no one even looking at it. I was so disappointed in this service, I asked Kyle to get my car immediately. This was the second time my car had sat all day and didn't get fixed for a broken sunroof. Unacceptable!

I'm not upset with the service of the vehicle I'm more upset with their service of your sales pitch and how you guys ran my credit without Authority and I'm trying to take care of it but no one from Hyundai seems to be giving me an answer
