Richard Velasquez is always terrific. The problem is that the mechanics can't seem to get my brakes fixed correctly. After the initial problem was fixed, I've had to return multiple times because of pulsating when I brake. It was finally fixed after a big brake job but when I returned for 75k maintenance a few weeks ago, they messed up my brakes again so they're pulsating again. I left a voicemail in the service mailbox and asked for a return call but no one called me. At this point, I am done with Hardin Hyundai mechanics. I'm scheduled again for brake repair.
