Mr. Ayala was by far thee most professional and courteous advisor I have come across. I have called other dealerships in the area and have found their lack of professionalism and customer service very worrisome. I would not want to take my business to a dealership that does not care for their customers concerns. Mr Ayala was pleasant, explained details to me and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left!!!

Brought car to dealer for excessive oil consumption and oil change. Told car would be ready Tuesday afternoon. Got call late Tuesday that the oil consumption was due to the weight of oil being used and a special weight oil needed to be put in vehicle at a cost of 10 dollars a quart. I was not satisfied with this response and asked to speak with service mgr. got a call from Rudy the service mgr and he said they would change the oil and seal the engine and I was to drive the vehicle 500 miles and bring the vehicle back and they would record the consumption level. This made sense and I now felt the proper steps were being taken. I told Ruben I would pick up the vehicle on Monday April 17th. When I arrived the vehicle was brought out, it was dirty and had bird crap on it from sitting got 4 day, but worse yet the engine was misfiring and the check engine like was on. Obviously the vehicle had/has issues. The car was taken back to the mechanic and 45 minutes later given back to me, it was also washed.needless to say, my oil consumption issue has me concerned and my confidence level is not high about getting the issue resolved but will bring the vehicle back as requested.
