They promised that Service B would be completed by the end of the day but called at about half an hour before the shop closed to tell me that they didn’t know it was supposed to be done within the day and made another promised to deliver my car the next morning at 9:00 to 9:30. I waited until 11:30 and there was no sign of the car, so I called and then they said it would be at 12:30. Had I not called at 11:30, I probably would not get my car back until the end of the day. I will not come back to this dealership / service. Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz in Fremont, CA provides a far superior service, they actually kept their promise.
