Basic service including the car pick up and drop off was fine. Before the car went in I had ordered a second key fob. Only after the car was there was I told that the price for that key was $830. That is crazy. I’ll operate the car with one key

I booked this service in advance by a week
And at that time I requested a loner car
When i arrived at RAB i was told that there were no loner cars
So i was told i could wait ... it could be 20 minutes or 2 hours
So i arranged someone to come from the city to pick me up to get me to my morning meeting. When i picked up my car at 4:30 it was neither washed or vacuumed
Not the RAB i have know for the last 20 years
