Eliseo Estrada is a very knowledgable man and he takes the time to listen to you and not to just brush you off because you are a woman. He knows that some women “like some men” do know what they are talking about. It took 2 tries but this was not Eliseo’s fault. He took charge and got someone to listen to whatI was telling the tech and found out that I had a valid complaint and you guys fixed it (with a little help from a woman!). You guys “lost” my appointment and it took over 3.5 hrs for an oil change and inspection!!! Then I’m told my tread is half gone when I only have 10k miles!!!!! Either replace my tires now under warranty or get better service people who can mearsure tread!
