I was told the appointment would take 15 minutes - programming a key for my new car that should have been done before I picked up my new car and wasn’t. The service rep was aware that it was a time issue and even the salesperson made it clear it needed to happen quickly. Programming a key is a 15 minute job. They didn’t even start on it for 45 minutes!!!! And they messed up my hatchback, making it unusable. Very dissatisfied

Took 5 days instead of 1-2 as quoted. Which is fine but did not receive call to update me that it would take longer. I called 3 times to ask for update and was promised each time that a manager would call me w details. Did not happen. Today I called to see if my car was ready which it was but I’m wondering if I would have received a call from you informing me my car was ready. This was a very disappointing experience.

It was my first service experience and I was a bit at a loss of what the process was supposed to be. It eventually became evident that we’re to wait until someone called our name but it would have been helpful for someone to have explained that or have sign that explains it for new customers.
Noa was friendly and efficient.
It would be helpful also if someone asked whether there were any special issues with the car that needed to be looked at during the service.
