I specifically asked Eric (the person who took care of me before Robert came in) to give me the estimated completion time. I was told it will take an hour or two to get that info. I told Eric to let me know anyway. Later, I received a text from Robert. I also asked home to let m me know the ETA. Still nothing. I only got a call when the car was done and “ready for pickup”. I thought it was ready so I went right away, but had to wait about 15 minutes for the paperwork to be completed.

Minutes passed ,nothing happened , then,a manager walked by and I

Right away, and finally started paperwork.
It was almost one hour waiting after My appointment
at 10am. I appreciate manager Clem for his
Quick action,but very much disappointed with
Robin and the receptionist.
