Edgar is the best! I had my door panels inspected two years ago and the replacement panels were supposed to be ordered. I had made a few calls to the service center since then to check if the panels had ever arrived. Every time, I was told they were not there yet or were on back order and there were many customers waiting for them as well. I had recently taken my car in because of transmission issues and was helped by Edgar and he was amazing and took great care of me and told me if I ever needed anything, he would gladly assist me. So I decided to call him a few weeks ago and ask about the door panels. He said he would check as soon as he could because they system went down and would call me back. He kept his word and called me back immediately after checking on it. He said yes, it showed my doors had been inspected two years ago, but it never showed they were ordered! He ordered them for me and said it could take a few weeks until they came in. He called me as soon as they arrived and I made an appointment for the next morning. He made sure a loaner car was available to me as well. Everything went smoothly and he sent me text messages during the process to keep me informed. He is the best service tech I have been assisted by in the 10 years I have been going to Longo! Thank you so much Edgar for being the best and for your A+ service!
