Beau My problem solved a major issue that arose. When I made the initial appointment by phone for replacement of rear shocks the system did not check if there were replacements on hand; there weren't 2 available which was troubling since I can only come Saturdays. Beau Ly helped to organize a positive outcome for the system failure.(I was assigned to Beau after I arrived on that Saturday).
