The price and break down of each maintenance were very non-transparent. I didn’t know the price until when I pay the bill and pick up the car. Very unprofessional.

As always, Francis Saldana provided an excellent service. However, I just want to comment on the complimentary car wash. Although it was done as a courtesy to me as a customer, it was a Mickey Mouse job. I hope you would address this to whoever is supervising the car wash service. When I got my vehicle, I noticed that there was still very visible dirt on the windshield, windows and body. The tire gloss was unevenly applied. I found this to be quite annoying.
