He took his time to look for his client in the waiting area and kept it safe and professional during this covid pandemic while I waited to get my car serviced. The service finished in the time it was estimated at but I wished they help cleaned the outside of the car more as I thought if cars get serviced would get cleaned. Also, kinda bummed that a 2020 is300 has no option to get audio software updated for Apple CarPlay when other cars on lexus has that option.
