I leased a brand new car from Longo. Unfortunately, it came with a (small) scratch. Longo generously offered to detail the car. It was picked up from my house and Longo had it for 7 days. When it was returned, the scratch is still there!
Also, the loaner car was dirty when it was dropped off (inside). With Covid, I would think it should be really clean when delivered.
