I had an 11:00am appointment. I arrived at the service center at 10:50am. I advised the greeter that I would be waiting on-site for my car's service to be completed. My car was not driven back to the service area until 12:00 noon. What is the purpose of an appointment at a specific time if it is just going to sit there for an hour?

Just be honest with you!! I have a appointment that day and I was waiting for my car to finish my service about three hours. I understand about 1 1/2 hours to two hours but not three hours!! With appointment! You should’ve taking appointment if you cannot handle!! Or do NOT mix with us who has a appointment and not has a appointment.
You don’t listen to me anyway but just telling you.
