I was there today for a service on my 2008 IS350 , i had the engine steam cleaned, aplarently they did not do the job correctly! So i called my service advisor edgar, and he did everything possible to help, i spoke to one of the service managers she could what she could to help. As a customer i should not be checking the work done i am comfident that it will be done right the first time.
Who ever this team is should be talked to or FIRED! This is making advisors look bad! And the dealership. I wasted my time by going back to have it done right a second time, wasting my time and gas. I hope This is taken to a higher level and i will make sure it is addressed. This is BS AND UNACCEPTABLE! For any type of work on a customers car! If there
