Yes, that service was took over a month. and still have 2 spots of the paint not satisfied. Because, I was had plan going to Las Vegas, so We missed it.

Waiting for review from Lexus for submitted repair. Had to phone in secondary issue because manager said he could not report it. Think they did all they were able to do.
Not really understanding who is a Lexus customer and who is a dealership customer and why there is a gap in communication/coordination with each other and also with their defined "customer".
