Eric was very professional and courteous. I was 1,000 morning les early. He made me aware of that. I shared that the girls that call are very aggressive about making the appointment. I know from previous experience with Life ngo, it’s 5,000 miles, or the month date on my windshield. The girls are a little aggressive about it. I was early by 1,000 miles.
